Tiffany Chen (she/her/hers) is the social media manager for Pet Harmony. She loves making informative social media content that helps educate other pet parents and pet professionals.

Growing up, Tiffany was fascinated with dogs and spent countless hours in the library reading books about them. After finally adopting her first puppy and searching for the right advice, she started to realize there was a lot of conflicting information and became concerned. This inspired her to start her business, Pawsistant, to help certified pet professionals with their social media. Her ultimate goal is to help further expand valuable & credible information for other pet parents.

She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Las Vegas.

In her free time, she loves going to Nose Work classes with Sihtric, trying new recipes at home, and painting.
