Every certification, every course, every podcast episode you’ve collected is haphazardly flying through your head when the dog (or, more realistically, the client) doesn’t do what you thought they’d do. The problem isn’t that you didn’t learn enough. It’s that you don’t know what’s relevant right this second.
PETPro is for dog trainers who are done chasing more information and ready for a way to actually use what they already know, case by messy case.
You have the puzzle pieces. You’ve done the Aggression in Dogs Masterclass, gone to ClickerExpo, watched IAABC webinars. Canine Enrichment for the Real World is dog-eared on your nightstand. Let’s not even mention the huge backlog of articles you’ve saved for later.
You know things. You know that you know things.
And still, you’re up at 2 am replaying cases over and over in your head. That bully of a brain wanders in, saying you’ll miss something, misread the dog, or give a client advice that does more harm than good. And you won’t know until it’s too late.
Learn the Pet Harmony Enrichment Framework: a repeatable way to work through any case. No more lying awake trying to find what you "missed".
Bring your hard, messy, doesn't-fit-in-a-box, real cases into one-on-one mentoring and group calls, so you're building the skill in reality, not hypotheticals.
When a plan stalls, you've got a community and a mentor as your safety net, so a setback feels like data instead of proof that you're an imposter.

When you need help with your cases: Coach can help with the business side, not the dog in front of you
When you need help with your cases: The plan doesn’t flex — if the case doesn’t match the protocol, neither do you

When your business is burning you out: Still troubleshooting alone, at 11 pm, from a forum thread

When your business is burning you out: These usually don’t provide personalized business support, so you’re back to troubleshooting at 11 pm
When your business is burning you out: You’re covered on all the typical burnout angles: tough clients, not enough money, laborious business logistics, poor self-care
What it’s actually building: A pile of information you still have to assemble yourself
What it’s actually building: Confidence in your business, not your clinical judgment
What it’s actually building: A certificate — not necessarily the judgment to use it
What it’s actually building: A way of thinking that works on the case you haven’t seen yet
Deep dive into the Pet Harmony Enrichment Framework and how to apply it to your cases. By the end, the puzzle pieces you already have start locking into a picture.
See real cases from the initial consultation through resolution. You'll walk away with a documentation system that holds up and the skills to keep a client engaged and following through, not just nodding along.
Learn what to do when life gets lifey, a client conversation gets hard, or a colleague disagrees with your call. Adapt the framework to whatever walks through the door, human or non-human, instead of just the textbook version of the case.
Meet with your dedicated mentor monthly to develop a personalized plan for you. With a 1:15 mentor-mentee ratio, your mentor has time to learn about you, your business, and your needs.
Learn the Pet Harmony Enrichment Framework and how to implement it with pets, clients, and yourself. This self-paced course is what helps you put the puzzle pieces together.
Ask questions, deepen your understand, implement what you learn right away, and build friendships that will last a lifetime. Get help between 1-on-1 coaching sessions.
Surround yourself with like-minded people who are as invested in your success as you are. You may be a solopreneur, but you don’t have to be alone.
Perfect for those times when life gets lifey. When you can’t make the live calls, you can still brainstorm, learn from and with your fellow PETPros, so a rough spell doesn’t break your momentum.
Continue to meet your CEU requirements while in PETPro. CCPDT: 22.5 total (7.5 trainer, 15 consultant), IAABC 20 total, PPAB: 22.5 total, KPA: 22.5 total
Stuck on a case? Get a second set of eyes from a mentor who works the case with you, not for you. You walk through the questions, options, and gaps together. You still make the call. You just don’t make it alone.
Build systems that free up hours of your week. Not to grind harder or productivity max, but to spend more time doing what you love, helping pets and their people, while making a living wage.
Same program. Same access. Same mentoring experience. Pick whichever fits how you manage your money, not which one gets you more.
If PETPro isn’t what you thought it would be, let us know within 14 days of joining and we’ll refund you – no questions asked.
Pet Harmony offers a 14-day ‘not for me’ refund policy for the initial term of the Program. Within 14 days of your initial enrollment, you may cancel your participation in the Program and receive a full refund by notifying Pet Harmony via email. After 14 days, all purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
This is a fair concern, especially in this day and age. PETPro is built and taught by mentors who are developing the program they wish they had when they started in this field. We give a damn about you as a whole person, not just as a line item on a revenue report. Plus, you’re working with a team of mentors, so you get multiple strategies to try until you find what actually fits your brain, your body, and your business.
PETPro is built with the assumption that life is going to hit the fan at some point during your 6 months – that’s not a risk to plan around, it’s a given. The program is self-paced with structured touchpoints, not a rigid schedule. So falling behind for a few weeks doesn’t mean falling out; you pick back up in office hours or the forum when you are ready.
PETPro isn’t built for the “textbook” version of your caseload – it’s built for the actual one, wherever you are in it. Most members join specifically because they’re still figuring out how the pieces fit together, not after they’ve already figured it out.
We suggest 2-4 hours a week, which covers a group call, checking the forums, and working through some course material. That said, plenty of members “binge and ghost” (spending several hours some weeks and stepping back for a few weeks after) so it’s less about hitting a number and more about finding the rhythm that works for how you actually learn.
It’s a mix of pre-recorded lessons you work through at your own pace, weekly live group coaching calls, and specialized office hours on topics like business, client relationships, and self-care. You’ll also have a community forum and 1-on-1 mentorship to help you prioritize what to focus on first.
The first round is a 6-month commitment – not a 6-month program. That’s enough time to actually see results without a “perfect time” excuse getting in the way. In fact, most people choose to stay on after their first 6 months are up.
Yes. The PETPro core curriculum is approved for CEUs through CCPDT (22.5 total), IAABC (20 total), PPAB (22.5 total), and KPA (22.5 total).
Every story below started exactly where you might be right now: knowledgeable, capable, and still panicking before every session.
Before: Hanna had all these puzzle pieces floating around in her head. She had a lot of knowledge, but implementing that with clients felt hard and disenguous. She felt like she needed to give clients ALL her knowledge, but recognized that that wasn’t setting her clients up for success.
During: Hanna started with the PETPro core curriculum, and by the end of Module 5, she knew the Pet Harmony Enrichment Framework was the tool to help her put all the puzzle pieces together and authentically show up for her clients. While going through the curriculum, Hanna updated her intake process and immediately started using it with new clients.
After: Hanna told us, “I have at times found it hard to relate to my title as a “trainer,” as I often couldn’t care less about training (whatever training actually means…). The enrichment framework makes me feel seen!”
Before: Rachael believed that she couldn’t learn. Her memory was bad, and something must be wrong with her. She tried to expand her knowledge without ever admitting she needed help, because she was afraid it would make her look stupid.
During: In PETPro, for the first time in her 4-year career, Rachael found a space that didn’t punish her for not already knowing. Now that she was in a safe learning enviornment, she could finally ask how to do the projects she’d been pondering for years. She set up systems to rent out her training space, developed a local and online newsletter for pet parents, and networked with local vets and other trainers to build an R+ network in her area. Rachael found sustanaibility in her business and was actually looking forward to working with people again.
After: Rachael told us, “I have discovered a passion for learning and have proved to myself I am able to grow my skills beyond the limits I set myself.”
Before: Angela had already sunk a significant amount of money into another mentorship program and walked away underwhelmed, having learned little beyond “spend more time on social media.” She was disheartened, burnt out, and broke.
During: Angela started her LLC and from there made little tweaks that yielded big results: a referral process that connected her to vets, a client management process that kept her clients seeing success and coming back, a testimonial process that brought in well-deserved 5-star reviews. Finally, all of the recommendations she’d been told over the years were being tailored to her brain and that meant she could do them.
After: Angela told us, “PETPro is a safe, supportive, community that helps me realize I got this…sure I’m learning and expanding my knowledge; but it’s the support and ability to talk through things with other like minded humans that helps me grow and actually use what I’ve learned to improve my personal success.”
You’ve read this far, which means something in you already knows this could truly benefit you. And something else is still finding reasons to wait. Let’s talk about it.
We get it. We’ve been there. We built PETPro to be the program we wish we had. From mentors who are actual human beings with less-than-perfect bodies and lives to a community that gives a f* to curriculum that you can actually implement.
Life will get in the way. That’s how it goes. We built PETPro knowing that would happen. Part of being a human, working with clients, and owning a business means weathering the storms. We treat these lifey moments as periods to implement what you’re learning to ensure it’s sustainable. There’s no such thing as “falling behind” here.
That one sounds responsible. Reasonable, even. However, “established” means a lot of things to a lot of people so our real answer is the tried annd true: “it depends”.
Do you mean you’re worried you don’t have enough clients to be able to implement what you’re learning? PETPro will help you get clients.
Do you mean that you need a certification before joining? Nah, fam. We have helped people get certified.
Do you mean that you have only ever trained 1 dog in your whole life and only focused on basic manners? Then, yes. Go out and collect your puzzle pieces, then come back and we’ll help you arrange them.
But, for most professionals, they tell us this while circling the same certifications and programs for years, expecting that one day they’ll feel “ready”. That day doesn’t come without building the thing that makes you ready, and that’s what PETPro does.

Hey, it’s us (Ellen, Emily, & Allie).
We built PETPro because a program like this didn’t exist when we started and we wanted to make this path easier for other consultants. Our unofficial motto is, “We f*ed up so you don’t have to.”
We’ve done this long enough and mentored enough people through this to know exactly what’s on the other side of it: not perfection, not a caseload with zero hard days, but a business that doesn’t ask you to sacrifice yourself. No 3-hour marathon prepping before a session, no losing sleep over that one thing you said to a client 5 days ago, no working on your weekends or checking your email while walking your dog.
What we want for you is simple: To feel excited when a case is messy. Your weekends back. A client roster full of people who keep booking because they trust you, not because you promised them the fastest fix in town. For you to believe (actually believe, not just say) that you’re capable of this. To be able to actually be present for your own pets.
We’re here for you when you’re ready.
