We hear these reasons time after time. We know why pet parents are afraid to start the behavior modification journey.

We get that not all courses nor all teachers are for all students. If after attending live sessions or watching the recordings you don’t think that this is the right course for you, we will refund your money within the first 14 days of the course starting.
This is an excellent question, and we understand that it can be hard. With decades of experience, we have seen the foundations that are regularly ignored or missed. With those foundations in place, our team of certified consultants and trainers have helped thousands of people progress toward their goals.
No, it is impossible and unethical to provide a 100% guarantee on future behavior. There are several factors affecting behavior that are beyond the scope of our control including but not limited to: prenatal environment, age, and genetics. A competent and knowledgeable behavior professional should never guarantee results.
We do offer the 14-Day “Not for Me” guarantee. We get that not all courses nor all teachers are for all students. If after attending live sessions or watching the recordings you don’t think that this is the right course for you, we will refund your money within the first 14 days of the course starting.
That’s okay! The group zoom sessions are recorded so that you can watch them when you are available!
Just like we can’t offer a guarantee, we cannot say any behavior can be “fixed” in 12 weeks. There are several factors affecting behavior that are beyond the scope of our control including but not limited to: prenatal environment, age, and genetics. A competent and knowledgeable behavior professional should never guarantee results.
People often wonder whether we can be effective if we only meet online – how can we help you if we don’t even meet your pet in person? – but the answer is online is just as effective! Remote consulting is growing in popularity worldwide, and we have clients all over the country and even in other countries. We have been just as successful collaborating via video chat as the clients with whom we’ve collaborated in person. We can consult on the same issues as our in-home sessions.
Yes! Over years of behavior consulting and training, we’ve learned that the foundations of a behavior modification program are all the same. Whether your dog growls at the mailman or rips your house apart when you leave, the foundations are the same. If you are skeptical, we understand! Email us at [email protected] and we can make sure this is the right service for your dog.
Once a week there is a weekly 1-hour zoom session, that we recommend everyone attend. The exception is Week 6, where we have “Behavior Modification Banaza!”, and will have 5, 1 hour zoom calls over the week. It’s not mandatory for you to attend all the sessions. They will be recorded, and you and your instructor will discuss which plans will be most relevant to your behavior goals.
Aside from that, we recommend that clients set aside 15 minutes a day to work on their training goals. If 15 minutes is overwhelming, that’s okay! We will build a plan that is doable, not overwhelming! Remember, we are here for the marathon, not the sprint. Our goal is to help you build sustainable plans.
