Scheduling Your Private Sessions

To facilitate your behavior modification plan, help tailor things to your specific situation, and provide you the opportunity for some one-on-one support, each program participant gets three 45-minute one-on-one calls with Ellen.

In order to make the most of your private sessions, we recommend scheduling one for the first week of the course, the fifth week of the course, and the eleventh week of the course.

  1. First session: Week 1 (______) – discussing goals, concerns, first steps
  2. Second session: Week 5 (______) – planning for Behavior Modification Bananza! and identifying which training plans will be most applicable to your situation
  3. Third session: Week 11 (_______) – post-program plan and next steps
